FIVE-STAR TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES
At CTS, we select our transcriptionists based on a strict recruitment process. Each transcriber we work with is a native speaker of the language, has at least five years of experience, and has excellent online research skills.
Furthermore, we make it our responsibility to assign your projects to transcribers that are familiar with your industry, which enables us to correctly transcribe terminology that would have otherwise been misheard or classified as “inaudible”.

PROOFREADING AS STANDARD
At CTS, we do not charge extra for proofreading because we believe it should always be provided “as standard”.
Once we complete the first draft of the document, it will be reviewed by an additional team member for typing errors, mishearings and inaudibles. This is not standard practice in the industry, which usually charges additional fees for the same level of service. Some things we charge extra for include time stamping, speaker IDs, and urgent delivery. We may also charge extra for unclear audio.
